Vormwerk Deskware B.V. offers workspace utility hardware, including desk pads, monitor risers, cable raceways, stationery organizers, and ergonomic wrist rests designed solely for home and office equipment organization and physical desk comfort. Individual listings outline the materials, item counts, and physical dimensions. Product photography depicts our bench work accurately, though exterior cartons may occasionally show minor variances.

A purchase is submitted once the checkout step is finalized. We issue an acknowledgement email, and a formal sales contract comes into effect when the items leave our bench. We reserve the discretion to decline orders if inventory is depleted or verification fails, promptly returning any monies received.

Product sums appear in EUR inclusive of applicable VAT. Transport fees are calculated and clearly shown prior to finishing your payment. Supported options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the rare event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the amount before dispatch, inviting you to reconfirm or cancel the item.

We photograph the actual desk pieces we box up and send out. Natural wood grain, screen calibration, your browser, and desk lamp brightness can slightly change how a tone looks; minor tonal variations are natural features rather than defects, so they do not qualify for free returns or compensation. Exact dimensions, materials, and contents are listed for each piece.

We hold full responsibility for your parcel until the courier places it in your hands or with your nominated recipient at the provided address. Responsibility for any loss or damage transfers at that point. If the parcel shows clear external harm upon arrival, make a note with the courier and notify our workshop within 48 hours.

Items can be sent back within 30 days of arrival under the conditions on our Returns page. Products carry the statutory non-conformity warranty prescribed under Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), guaranteeing that deskware items match catalog specifications and remain defect-free for two years under normal indoor office use.

• Customized, laser-engraved, or custom-cut desk pads and timber organizers made to bespoke buyer measurements.
• Perishable leather maintenance creams or timber conditioning oils once the protective bottle seal is broken.
• Textile wrist supports or foam rests unsealed from hygiene packaging after delivery.
• Adhesive-mounted cable routing clips or under-desk brackets that have been bonded to furniture surfaces.
• Digital workspace layout blueprints or downloadable asset kits once digital access has been granted.

To the extent permitted under the laws of the Netherlands, the total liability of Vormwerk Deskware B.V. for any claim relating to purchased items is capped at the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order or €100, whichever is less. Nothing in these provisions excludes or restricts legal liabilities that cannot be modified by statute.

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands, with any unresolved claims submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam. Should any disagreement resist a friendly direct discussion, it will be handled by the court of jurisdiction for our registered office, without affecting mandatory statutory protections in your place of residence.
